Organizing South Florida

Friday, June 14, 2013

As you know the NEAT life is now available in the South thanks to Marissa Hagmeyer. However, what you might not know is that South Florida was completely new to Marissa. In fact, she had never even been before moving. While getting used to 350 days of sunshine was easy (we are jealous), she has had to do some exploring to figure out the hot spots.

Lucky for us she has agreed to take us along to share some of her favorite home stores up and down the coast!

Stop #1 :: Mecox – West Palm Beach
Marissa loves Mecox for their abundance of unique baskets and boxes for storage – clients love them too.

Stop #2 :: Brass Scale Antiques – Antique Row West Palm Beach
As all Interior Designers and antique connoisseurs know, Antique Row is the place to go. With over 40 antique dealers and miles of shopping all are sure to find something unique to take home. We died when we saw Marissa's favorite find …

Stop #3 :: Le Vie en Blanc – Fort Lauderdale
This little home decor boutique is just down the street from Marissa's home and truly a gem for organizational items and/or a last minute gift.

Stop #4 :: Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) – Dania Beach
And last, but definitely not least, the premier luxury design destination in South Florida. Marissa says she could spend hours in this mecca of fine furniture, storage solutions, fabrics, etc. Hopefully she WILL spend hours there so once the rest of the NEAT girls visit she can give us the grand tour!

We don't know about you but we were pleasantly surprised at all of the NEAT home deocor spots that South Florida has to offer! Stay tuned for similar tours of our other NEAT cities.

xx
