Tip Tuesday:: How to Appear Organized!

Wednesday, October 2, 2013

Happy October 1st from the NEAT girls! Depending on the area of the world you live, this time of year might bring pumpkins, warm cider, and if you're lucky, fall leaves. Most importantly, this time of year is made for "tricks" and "treats". Now is your chance to learn how to TRICK people into thinking you're NEAT!

Trick #1 :: Thats a wrap

In order for this first trick to work well, find five minutes at the end of the day and "wrap things up". Take that time to put away as much as you possibly can. Obviously we cringe at the thought of you just tossing things aimlessly into bins…but hey, at least you will appear NEAT and orderly.

Trick #2 :: Rest in Peace Clutter

Don't you agree that if you knew where to toss the things, you would be able to make your space a little more tidy?! As you know, the NEAT girls love to label! We think it is only fitting to remind you to give your bins a proper label, so your belongings can at least "R.I.P." with their friends.

Trick #3 :: Avoid BOOby Traps!

When you find yourself last minute scrambling to get tidy for visitors, it is super important to make sure you don't set booby traps by shooving it away in closets and drawers. Although it may appear nice on the outside, we're pretty sure your guests are bound to see the inside of a cabinet or drawer. If you ABSOLUTELY have to, create one "catch all" bin and deal with the bin after your guests leave.

We hope these "tricks" help you live the NEAT life this October and you have a spooktacular Tuesday!
