NEAT’s loyalty program is a personalized program where youe arn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the tiers of the program to gain access to an exclusive selection of benefits.
NEAT’s loyalty program is open to all of our product customers, excluding trade members. If you’re a professional organizer, interior designer, builder or in a similar field, please email support@neatmethod.com for information on signing up for our trade program.
Joining the program is complimentary for all NEAT customers.

NEAT’s loyalty program is a personalized program where you earn points on qualifying purchases. These points allow you to move up through the tiers of the program to gain access to an exclusive selection of benefits.
For every dollar you spend on our website excluding tax, you earn one NEAT Loyalty point.
Loyalty points allow you to graduate through the member tiers. The higher your tier, the more exclusive benefits you will receive.
If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, pending loyalty points for that order will not be confirmed. If you return or cancel part of your order, the pending loyalty points for those items will be deducted. Loyalty points for items you didn’t return will be confirmed after the return period has passed. NEAT’s return period is 30 days from the time of delivery.
Pending points are awarded when you have placed an order. These do not affect your points balance; pending points are confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items. If you make a full or partial return, the pending points for those items will be deducted.The balance of confirmed points will pertain to the value of items that are not returned.
You will stay at your tier until either: a) You have acquired more points to go to the next tier or b) The calendar year has ended and your points have been reset for the next year.

Tier levels are reset each calendar year on December 31st.

Only one discount code can be used at a time. This means you will not be able to use a promotion code and loyalty program code in the same transaction.
