We have two more launches to announce before you’ll have met all the newest NEAT girls! Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Blaire Davidson who is launching NEAT Jupiter! And before you ask… no… not the planet. 😉 Jupiter, FL! We are so excited to add to the Florida team, and Blaire’s such a great new addition. Keep reading to find out why!
NM :: Welcome to the NEAT fam! What make you decide to run NEAT Jupiter?
BD :: As a busy mom of three I know all too well how chaotic life can be, and I find pleasure in helping others develop a method to stay on top of things so that they can focus on what matters to them the most.
NM :: What did you do before you launched NEAT?
BD :: I worked in New York City as a Childrenswear Merchandiser at Polo Ralph Lauren and am currently the mom of three elementary school-aged children.
NM :: Since you’ve lived in the bustle of NYC, what makes Jupiter so unique?
BD :: Jupiter is a beautiful beach town situated along the ’treasure coast’ of Palm Beach County. It has a low key, laid back vibe, where the town’s continued growth is balanced handily with a respect for the environment and conservation. We’ve lived here almost 5 years!
NM :: As a merchandiser, we figured you’d know… what are your the best spots to shop in your city?
BD :: Roberta Roller Rabbit for kids PJs and bathing suit cover ups, CJ LAING for beachy dresses and accessories, Jennifer Miller for jewelry, and Stubbs and Wootton for shoes.
NM :: What about your your go to restaurants?
BD :: The Crafty Crust (for kids), Little Moir’s Food Shack, Coolinary Cafe, and Grato
NM :: Can you show our readers just how organized you can be? We’d love to see one of your organized spaces.
BD :: My kids garage cubbies are my most organized. I was eager to create a space where I could store all the kids school stuff and sports equipment without it taking over the inside of my house. The kids now know they have a place to put all their stuff before they even come into the house.
NM :: What about your least organized space? What happened?!
BD :: My boys closet is my least organized. I am continually editing and trying to organize my 4 and 6 year olds closet space which has a surplus of toys and clothes. I have tried to make the clothes and toys accessible so the children are responsible for getting their clothes and putting away their toys but it always seems to be overflowing.v
NM :: What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
BD :: Getting out and about, meeting new people, and helping them find sustainable, simple solutions to bring beauty and order to their homes.
NM :: What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
BD :: Someone who is ready to work for you, and who is willing to listen to each client’s individual needs and wants. I hope to create simple, personalized solutions that will help each and every person find an attractive, clutter free, organized approach to their lifestyle.
NM :: What is your favorite product to use to organize things?
BD :: Chalkboard Labels. I used to feel like there was such permanence when labelling something, but now with the chalk makers and labels; as the needs of your home change overtime you can change the contents of your containers by simply wiping and re-writing.
NM :: Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
BD :: Gardening. I have a passion for mixing wild flowers in large potted plants all over my backyard. Florida is a planter’s paradise.
Congrats on launching Jupiter, we can’t wait to see what kind of “out of this world” spaces you can create! Sorry… we had to! 😉
