When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible, but please allow for up to 3 business days after placing your order to get notified that it has shipped.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
You will not necessarily receive all items in your order at the same time. Some items come from different locations and large orders won’t always fit in one box.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
In-stock items that ship via UPS Ground will generally arrive within 2-6 business days after the product ships from our warehouse, depending upon the shipment location.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS for deliveries within the United States.
We ship via FedEx to Canada, duties and applicable taxes will be shown during the checkout process. Expedited shipping is not available to Canada.
Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.

What is your return policy?
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unused and are in original factory condition.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. To initiate a return click here.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If a product defect is discovered, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase describing the issue and include a photo(s).
How and when will I be refunded?
You will be refunded once your product is received at our warehouse. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
