We did! Our in-house product design team poured over every detail to create products that are exactly what we would want in our own homes.
What makes NEAT qualified to create home products?
In 2017 NEAT was acquired by Whitmor, a leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of home storage, organization, and laundry accessory products to retailers around the world. For nearly 75 years Whitmor has been focused on helping to simplify the lives of consumers through functional, quality products. With NEAT’s extensive experience on the services side of the organization industry and Whitmor’s expertise on the product design and manufacturing side, our product development team, collectively, has all of the expertise necessary to make upscale products that meet the organizational needs of every home.
Where are NEAT products made?
Our products are made in the United States, China, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Are your plastic products food safe?
Yes, our plastic products are all BPA-free.
Does NEAT Method have any retail locations?
We don’t currently have any retail locations, but never say never! Please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page to stay updated.
Do you offer a trade program for design and organizing professionals?
At this time we do not have a trade program, but it is something we are considering for the future. Please reach out if you’d be interested.

How do I retrieve/change the password to my account?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Multiple payment methods cannot be used for a single online transaction.
Gift cards can be used to make payment for an order in full, or can be used to make partial payment with the remaining balance being paid for with a debit/credit card.
How is tax estimated for my order?
NEAT is required to charge sales tax in certain states due to regulatory changes and requirements with respect to when companies have to charge customers sales tax.

When will I be charged for my order?
When placing your order a pending charge will be reflected on your credit card. Once our operations team fulfills your order, the charge will be authorized and will post to your credit card account in 1-2 days, depending on your financial institution.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. Shortly thereafter you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will receive a subsequent email when your product ships, including tracking information.
How do I modify an existing order?
After an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Final Sale items are not returnable except for manufacturing defect. These items are identified by .99 endings in price.
One price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price may be made within 7 days from the original date of purchase. No price adjustments are offered on shipping charges.
