NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
BW : I’ve personally experienced the benefits of an organized, thoughtfully designed home. As a real estate professional, I’ve also seen how much value it brings to my clients, whether they’re preparing to sell or settling into their new space. Striving for symmetry and simplicity is something I prioritize in my own home, and I know how transformative it can be. Our community deserves access to a service that helps create calm, functional spaces, and I’m eager to bring that to life with NEAT Method Milwaukee.
NM : What did you do before NEAT?
BW : I’ve spent the last 22 years as a real estate agent, helping clients buy, sell, and transition into homes that fit their lifestyles. I’ll continue to work in real estate while seamlessly incorporating NEAT Method into my business. I see a natural synergy between the two– helping people create not just homes, but truly organized and functional homes that bring them peace and joy.
NM : What makes Milwaukee unique?
BW : Milwaukee offers the charm of a small town combined with the energy of a growing, dynamic city. It’s a place where Midwest kindness shows through, creating a welcoming and tight-knit community. With its location on the shores of Lake Michigan, Milwaukee offers natural beauty.
NM : How long have you lived there?
BW : I was born and raised in Milwaukee, so it’s always been home to me. After spending time in Vermont for college and living in Park City, Utah for a short time, I realized there’s no place quite like Milwaukee. I knew this is where I wanted to plant my roots and build my life. So, while I’ve explored other places, Milwaukee has been a constant part of my story.
NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
BW : What I’m most excited about in running NEAT Method in Milwaukee is the chance to meet new people and build connections within the community. I love seeing how different homes reflect the personalities of the people who live in them—it’s always so inspiring. But the best part will be helping clients simplify and organize their spaces to create a sense of calm and peace in their homes. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the positive impact that a beautifully organized space can have on someone’s daily life.
NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

As a mom of four and a business owner, I know firsthand how busy life can be and how important it is to have a home that supports your lifestyle. My process is highly organized and designed to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every detail is taken care of so you can enjoy the transformation without the stress.
NM : What is your favorite organizing product?
BW : My favorite products to use for organizing are bins and baskets. They’re incredibly versatile and can create a uniform, polished look while keeping clutter contained. With so many styles and materials available, it’s easy to find options that match different aesthetics and fit seamlessly into any space. They’re functional, stylish, and make maintaining organization so much easier.

BW : I really admire interior design businesses for their ability to transform spaces into something truly personal and functional. There’s so much thoughtful detail that goes into their work—from understanding a client’s needs, desires, and personality to carefully selecting a color palette and finishes that bring it all together. It’s inspiring how they blend creativity and strategy to create spaces that are both beautiful and deeply meaningful to their clients.
