…certainly doesn’t stay at Summit! You may have noticed all our NEAT girls blowing up your feed with stories and posts from our 3 day conference in Palm Springs, California last week!
Many of you wanted to know – what is summit, who goes, what happens there?
So here’s a recap of the time we spent together!
Summit is an annual event for all NEAT Method Franchisees and the NEAT Corporate Team to gather together. We use this opportunity to reflect on the past year, set goals for the year ahead, continue industry education and of course – have a lot of fun.
This year we focused more on rest and relaxation which is why we chose the beautiful Avalon Hotel Palm Springs as our location!! The day-to-day life of our franchisees can be busy and even stressful so it’s no surprise that many of our girls started off their stay with spa treatments at Estrella Spa.
The adventurous group of girls did some hiking and got to see Palm Springs from up above!
Our girls were welcomed with a swag bag filled with a few NEAT goodies and gifts from some of our favorite brands!

We enjoyed happy hour complete with nutritious and delicious snacks, we went back for seconds at the amazing dinner taco bar, and some girls went out on the town before resting for the next day.
Bright and early we began the day: yoga with a view! The lovely Bronwyn Ison led us through a gentle practice to center ourselves and prepare for our day of learning – Deni Tato of Corporate Consciousness led us through a presentation about our Enneagram type, how to use our strengths and diversify our team’s talents to become stronger.
We had several breakout sessions to discuss the past year, how we can improve as a company and how each franchise owner can grow individually. It’s so valuable to be in a group of women who all experience and understand the same struggles and triumps. We also snuck in a bit of work on the off time… what can we say… we like what we do!
That evening we all reunited for a group dinner beneath the stars. It was absolutely beautiful and the food was to die for! It was also just such a great moment looking down the long tables at all the lovely women that help make NEAT what it is. We’ve grown so much over the past few years but it still feels like a family.
Most of the girls went out to a local bar for some karaoke – shoutout to the lovely people we met at Streetbar! One thing you should know about the NEAT girls… we work hard but we play hard too! A few of our girls even surprised us with their vocal chops – watch out Broadway… we’re coming for ya.
The next morning we hosted the annual corporate presentation. We looked back at the amazing growth we had in our last year and looked forward to what’s coming next. We cannot wait to share what we have up our sleeves!
Then it was time for us to say goodbye, but not for long! Summit 2019 was #muchNEATed and now we have to start planning Summit 2020.
