We're thrilled to announce that Erica Abrams, owner of NEAT Method Los Angeles - Northwest, is expanding her organizing expertise to the Los Angeles - Valley! Get to know the woman bringing more NEAT to Southern California...

NM : Tell us about your journey with NEAT. How long have you been a franchise owner?

EA : My journey with NEAT Method has been an incredible adventure! I’ve been a proud owner and organizer since 2022, and it’s been so rewarding to see how much of an impact organization can have on people’s lives. Starting with NEAT Los Angeles - Northwest allowed me to combine my passion for organization with my entrepreneurial spirit, and it’s been amazing to watch the business grow. Expanding into the Los Angeles Valley feels like a full-circle moment, especially since the valley is where I grew up. Each step of this journey has deepened my love for what I do and strengthened my commitment to creating beautiful, functional spaces that bring calm and clarity to my clients’ lives.

NM : What has been your favorite part of life as a NEAT owner?

EA : The incredible blend of creativity and connection. I love that every project is an opportunity to transform spaces and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Building relationships within my community and seeing how our work brings ease and beauty into their daily routines is so fulfilling. On top of that, I enjoy the entrepreneurial aspect—setting goals, building a team, and watching my business grow has been both exciting and rewarding. The flexibility to craft a career I’m passionate about while helping others live more organized lives is truly the best part.

NM : What made you decide to expand to a second market?

EA : Expanding into a second market with the LA Valley felt like a natural next step for both personal and professional reasons. The area offers tremendous growth potential, with a population that values organization and lifestyle solutions, aligning perfectly with NEAT Method's services. I recognized an opportunity to bring our expertise to a broader audience while building on the success of my first market. Additionally, the expansion allowed me to challenge myself as a business owner, further developing my leadership and operational skills while contributing to the NEAT Method brand's reach and reputation.

NM : What excites you about organizing in this new location?

EA : The LA Valley offers such a unique mix of lifestyles and needs. The diversity of homes and clients means every project is an opportunity to get creative and tailor solutions that fit perfectly into their lives. I also grew up here, so this area holds a special place in my heart. Having my family, friends, and network here makes the work even more meaningful, as I get to contribute to a community that has shaped me. It’s so rewarding to bring NEAT Method to a place I know and love while helping others elevate their quality of life.

NM : We'd ask what people can expect when they hire you, but why don't you just show us?

EA : The playroom is a bright and cheerful space, combining fun and functionality. Along one wall, a modular shelving unit with NEAT Method’s baskets and bins keeps toys, books, and crafts neatly stored and labeled. A low play table in the center is surrounded by tidy containers for art supplies, while a tidy closet space with more baskets and NEAT children’s hangers keep dress-up costumes and accessories organized for imaginary play. The space is kid-friendly and stylish, encouraging both play and order.

EA: The pantry is organized with both style and function in mind. NEAT Method’s labeled baskets keep pantry items like grains, snacks, and spices neatly stored and easy to find. Open shelving displays jars and canisters, adding both a practical and aesthetic touch to the space. In the pull-out drawers, organizers and drawer dividers neatly house extra food and “grab & go” snacks. Every item has a designated place, creating a streamlined, efficient, and visually appealing space that makes cooking and meal prep a breeze.

EA: This men's primary closet is a well-organized sanctuary, designed for both functionality and style. NEAT Method’s sleek, custom labeled bins keep clothing neatly stored and easy to access. Custom shelving and hanging systems maximize the space, with clothes neatly organized by category and wear. Drawer dividers create a tidy space for folded items, while pull-out organizers hold accessories and smaller items. Every inch of the closet is utilized efficiently, creating a calm and clutter-free environment where getting dressed is a pleasure.

These spaces are gorgeous. Well done - and congratulations on launching the Los Angeles - Valley market. We’re so excited for you.

xx
