If you have been following NEAT Method for a while now, you know that the NEAT Summit has been something we have been doing since the very beginning. Every year, it has been hosted in the lovely city of Chicago but this year was the best yet, and we are here to tell you five reasons why…
Reason #1 :: Inspiring guests!!
Did you know that Ryan Graves from the tech giant, Uber dropped some serious knowledge on the team? He knows a thing or two about expansion and growing a team (nothing like growing from 1 to 5,000 employees in five short years) and we left inspired to grow more! We also had the pleasure of learning from Dena Patton, who is a business coach and motivational speaker to some of the most successful women across the country. Tuesday was certainly a day of encouragement and progress!
Reason #2 :: Creativity everywhere!
We LOVE the new NEAT swag that came out of the summit this year – especially the new canvas bag!!! Nothing beats having a the summit in a space that has epic style too – check out the table in Out Cold Marketing's office. It was awesome to have the space given to us by an amazing company whose creativity seems to be endless. Check out their website for proof!
Reason #3 :: The Gangs All Here!
Nothing is more fun than seeing all of the NEAT girls from the different cities. We LOVE spending time together, sharing organizing stories, ideas, and questions. Talking about all things NEAT for three days is a dream come true!
Reason #4 :: Welcoming our NEWEST Cities!
It was such a treat to have recently launched NEAT in Denver, Milwaukee, St. Louis and New Jersey but it was even better to welome them to the Summit! Nothing makes us happier than bringing entrepreneurial women together to meet and talk about the many ways to grow our business'. Pictured here is Alex from St. Louis and Allo from Denver.
Reason #5:: We Just Can't get Enough of Chicago!
This year, we decided to play tourist on our last day of the Summit and got an amazing tour from Cathy Koch a docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation. We took the "Historic Treasures of Culture and Commerce" tour and had a great time getting to know the city that many of us call, "home." Some of the NEAT girls opted to ham it up for the camera while others were…. not in the mood for more photos…. (cough, cough, Katie, cough).
This year, each of our current cities is GROWING like WOAH so if you would like to join a current city team, PLEASE reach out by emailing your city's organizer. Their information can be found under the locations tab.
Happy Thursday!
