With a wealth of experience in diverse environments, Alyssa's expertise shines brightest when organizing closets. Originally from San Diego, she has called Las Vegas home since 2012 and is a dedicated UNLV graduate with a deep affection for the city. Whether it's supporting the Raiders, the Rebels, or the Golden Knights, Alyssa is always rooting for Vegas. An accomplished athlete, she has competed in soccer, field hockey, cross country, and track. Alyssa has a penchant for poetry, journaling, and reading, with books topping her list of favorite gifts. With a background in psychology, she crafts designs that are both functional and visually stunning. When she's not transforming spaces, you'll likely find her at the dog park with her beloved dog, Brutus, or indulging in her love for music with a book, guitar, or piano.

Jill Parkinson, the dedicated owner of NEAT Method Las Vegas, has had a lifelong passion for organizing. From trading ice cream runs for playroom tidying with her mom to becoming the go-to expert for kids' spaces, Jill's organizational skills are unmatched. A proud graduate of Utah State University, she's a devoted Aggies fan who traded Utah's snow for Vegas sunshine but still enjoys hitting the slopes on a ski trip. Having lived in Europe, Jill is fluent in Croatian and has a global perspective on organizing. An experienced entrepreneur, she has created courses on freelancing and mentored small businesses through the SBA. A sports enthusiast, Jill loves cheering for Vegas teams like the Knights, Raiders, Aces, and Aviators alongside her husband. With a penchant for hot dogs and Diet Coke, Jill brings energy and enthusiasm to every project she undertakes.
