Professional Organizer in Las Vegas

Alyssa Johnson is the owner of NEAT Method Las Vegas and has been organizing with NEAT since 2016. Closets are one of her favorite spaces to transform, and her background in psychology influences the way she approaches organization with both function and visual balance in mind. Originally from San Diego, Alyssa moved to Las Vegas in 2012 and later graduated from UNLV, developing a strong connection to the city she now calls home. A lifelong athlete, Alyssa has competed in soccer, field hockey, cross country, and track. Outside of work, she enjoys poetry, journaling, reading, music, and spending time at the dog park with her dog, Brutus. She is also a dedicated Las Vegas sports fan, regularly supporting the Raiders, Rebels, and Golden Knights.

Jill Parkinson is the owner of NEAT Method Las Vegas and has had a natural love for organization since childhood. Kids’ spaces are a particular favorite, and her early habit of choosing playroom organizing over ice cream runs has grown into a career centered on creating practical, thoughtfully designed systems. A Utah State University graduate and proud Aggies fan, Jill traded Utah winters for Las Vegas sunshine while still making time for ski trips. Her entrepreneurial background includes creating freelancing courses and mentoring small businesses through the SBA. Jill has also lived in Europe and speaks Croatian, giving her an international perspective alongside her strong Las Vegas roots. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Golden Knights, Raiders, Aces, and Aviators with her husband and has a particular appreciation for hot dogs and Diet Coke.
