Tiffany Lynch has always had a passion for organizing, a skill she first honed while helping her father keep his office in order. Today, Tiffany specializes in organizing offices, pantries, and playrooms, bringing her expertise to clients across various spaces. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Tiffany now calls Philadelphia home, where she lives with her husband and their two boys. As a family, they enjoy attending sporting events and hosting fun-filled game nights. An avid traveler, Tiffany loves exploring world history and cultures, with a goal to visit all 50 U.S. states and live in London one day. When she's not organizing, you'll likely find Tiffany baking up a delicious dessert—because, to her, dessert is a daily must—or unwinding with a good book, an audiobook, or her favorite design and reality TV shows.

Meet Melanie Rickus, Co-Owner of NEAT Bucks County. Raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Melanie has had a lifelong passion for organizing, even serving as a member of the NEAT Philly team before. Whether she’s curating plans for her friend group or organizing family holiday parties, Melanie is always juggling multiple lists. As the proud mom of four young daughters, she believes that having efficient systems in place is key to keeping her home running smoothly. Melanie especially enjoys organizing pantries and playrooms—spaces her daughters adore—and loves transforming them into beautiful, functional, and NEAT areas. When she’s not organizing, you can find Melanie at the Jersey Shore with her husband and four girls, soaking up the sun and enjoying boardwalk adventures. Melanie starts her days with a Peloton workout and unwinds in the evenings with a good book or by catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.
