1. Sponsor

The NEAT Method (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The NEAT Method Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on December 22, 2025 at 12:01AM PST and ends on December 31 at 11:59PM PST (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Gift Card Purchase Entry
During the Giveaway Period, purchase a NEAT Method gift card at https://neatmethod.com. Each qualifying purchase will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.

B. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, email partnerships@neatmethod.com during the Giveaway Period. Use Subject Line "Gift Card Giveaway." Limit one (1) free entry per person.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. Prize

Five (5) winners will receive a NEAT Method gift card valued at $250. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 3, 2026. The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may interfere with the Giveaway.

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://neatmethod.com/pages/privacy.
