We Love This STYLE'N Lady

Thursday, November 21, 2013

Our DC team has recently developed a not-so-secret crush on the brunette beauty behind STYLE'N, Mrs. Naina Singla. When we interviewed Naina, so many NEAT facts were revealed that we just couldn't keep them to ourselves. We hope you enjoy getting to know her as much as we have!

NM :: So we have heard that you are quite the accomplished lady. Tell us more about your background, passions, and of course your company, STYLE'N.

NS :: I was born in Toronto, Canada and lived there several years before our family move to Raleigh, North Carolina. I have a Doctorate in Pharmacy and worked in Biotech and Pharma the past 12 years in Boston. But when we moved to DC two years ago I switched careers and decided to go full time with the blog and created STYLE'N, a style consulting firm that provides everything from personal shopping, fashion styling, virtual styling, and even a stylist on call. My passion is helping clients find their signature style and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves! Other than fashion and style I have a slight obsession with wine and traveling.

NM :: What is your most OCD tendency? Trust us you are among friends!

NS :: My OCD tendency is I like to put things back where they go. My husband and daughter don't have this issue and they are always looking for lost items. I have tried hard to convince them that if you just put things back where they go you won't have this issue.

NM :: Send us a picture of your least organized space – tell us why you hate it and what went so terribly wrong!

NS :: Right now my belts are extremely disorganized. I love organizing items but my challenge is to keep things organized permanently. I usually put things back where they go but I never said I put them back properly or neatly.
