NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
RN : I want people to cherish their living environments.
NM : What did you do before NEAT?
RN : Before owning NEAT Method Bend, I have been collaborating on multiple creative projects with a local interior design firm. Prior to that, my career involved merchandising at Interior Define. In 2020, I relocated to Bend due to my spouse’s job after living in Chicago for almost a decade.
NM : What makes your city unique?
RN : Bend attracts individuals who are drawn to the lifestyle it offers, fostering a sense of community that extends beyond individual needs. Personally, I find great joy in calling Bend my home and am passionate about assisting others in their pursuit of living their best life here. Bend is full of people that want to live in Bend.
NM : How long have you lived in your city?
RN : In August of this year, we joyously commemorated our three-year anniversary of residing in Bend and calling it our home.
NM : What are your favorite places to eat in your city?
RN : My spouse and I have a passion for food, so we love trying new spots. I am also really good at eating, so it’s a favorite pastime :) A few of our favorites:

NM : Sounds delicious! What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
RN : Meeting new people is what excites me the most! Collaborating and assisting them in configuring their environment to enhance their quality of life is my passion.
NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
RN : Expect a warm welcome, an atmosphere of trustworthiness, and a humble professional devoted to providing a superb experience.
NM : What is your favorite organizing product?
RN : Having a dependable turntable at my disposal has proven to be a game changer in terms of accessing my most frequently used items on a daily basis. Additionally, my vintage label maker serves as a favorite method of label organization.
NM : We couldn't agree more! Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
RN : Among my lesser-known abilities are completing five full marathons and being ambidextrous, proficient in writing with either hand.
