NEW Owner for Bend

Thursday, April 24, 2025

We want to welcome Sarah Beyer of Bend, Oregon to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have her. Let’s find out more about what makes her so NEAT.

NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?

SB :  Bend is growing rapidly, with a surge in high-end custom homes and a thriving community of talented interior designers and skilled builders. NEAT Method is the perfect final layer—a service that not only complements and elevates a home’s design but also maximizes space and simplifies daily life. With so many people relocating within Bend and moving here from elsewhere, I see a real need for thoughtful, seamless unpacking services and customized organizing solutions that bring ease, beauty, and order to their spaces.

NM : What did you do before NEAT?

SB : While being a stay at home mom to our son and daughter has been my top priority, I’ve worn many professional hats over the years—physical therapist, yoga instructor, holistic nutritionist, interior designer, and small business owner. Each role has shaped my passion for helping others create balance and well-being in their lives and homes.

NM : What makes your city unique?

SB : Bend has this friendly, unpretentious mountain-town vibe with endless ways to play outside. We’ve got Mt. Bachelor just 30 minutes away, rivers for paddling and fishing, trails out our back door, and year-round community events that bring the community together. Plus, the sky and sunsets here are gorgeous. It’s a pretty magical place to live!

NM : How long have you lived in your city?

SB : I’m originally from New England, but after meeting my husband while skiing in Park City, I just kept heading west. We fell in love with Bend’s mountain lifestyle and are so grateful to be raising our family here.

NM : What are your favorite places to eat in your city?

SB : Fix & Repeat is delish for smoothies and bowls, Mother’s is a staple for nourishing meals, and Mountain Burger is always a hit with the whole family.

NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?

SB : I love transforming spaces so that they feel calm, harmonious, and intentional—supporting our clients’ active lifestyles while creating more time and space for what matters most. Helping people feel a sense of ease in their homes is incredibly fulfilling to me.

NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

SB :  I’m approachable, professional and detail-oriented. I have a natural eye for optimizing a space and thrive on understanding a client’s goals—particularly the “why” behind each area of their home. I bring both creativity and structure to each project; creating organizing systems that are functional, beautiful, and tailored to their lives.

NM : What is your favorite organizing product?

SB : I love NEAT Method’s Perforated Baskets. They have clean lines, come in soft, neutral matte finishes, and are just the right size for a variety of uses. My go-to colors are Bone and Black, and I love using them across multiple spaces for a streamlined, cohesive look.

NM : One of our favorites! Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?

SB : I was an athlete growing up, taught yoga for over a decade, and have a deep, ongoing passion for holistic health—especially as a mother. I love exploring how our environment, movement, and mindset all influence our well-being.

Very impressive! Congratulations on taking ownership of the Bend market. We’re so excited to have you join NEAT.

xx,
The NEAT Team
