NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
JW : I believe a calm and peaceful home environment is essential for well-being. When we're not overwhelmed by clutter and possessions, it’s easier to start our day without frustration. This leads to improved happiness and productivity. I want to help families and busy professionals in my community to create spaces where they can feel more organized and at ease in their daily lives.
NEAT attracted me because of their gorgeous and functional organizing products, a strong community of women that lifts each other up, and the truly impressive website and content.
NM : What did you do before NEAT?
JW : I have a retail background, having worked for several well-known retailers as a buyer, inventory planner, and project manager.
NM : What makes your city unique?
JW : I've lived in several places across the U.S., but Bergen County is one of my favorites. The sense of community in my town is remarkable—neighbors and friends are always there to help and spend time together. It’s a place where families thrive, with plenty of kids for my child to play with and moms supporting each other like a true “village.” The area offers a wide variety of events and activities for families. Plus, we're perfectly situated for easy access to anything outside the area—New York City is just a short trip over the George Washington Bridge, offering endless entertainment. And if you love nature, there are numerous beautiful parks nearby, as well as easy drives to scenic mountains and hiking trails.
NM : How long have you lived in your city?
JW : Over 10 years
NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
JW : Helping and connecting with other families in my area. Seeing the reactions to the transformation of their spaces and hopefully hearing about the improvement in their lives afterwards.
NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

NM : What is your favorite organizing product?

NM : Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
JW : I can create an impressive family tree and uncover a wealth of unknown relatives. I’ve traced my own ancestry back to the 1700s, discovering fascinating insights along the way.
