NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
HB : I am thrilled to franchise Neat Method because it represents more than just home organization—it’s a lifestyle I am deeply passionate about and eager to share with my neighboring communities. Neat Method’s approach goes beyond simply tidying up; it cultivates peace, purpose, and clarity, truly transforming lives.
Having been fortunate enough to be part of this incredible community in San Antonio, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of high-level, high-touch service and the lasting impact it has on both clients and organizers. Now, I’m excited to bring that same elevated experience to Loudoun County, VA, where I hope to expand on the transformative work NEAT Method does, offering my neighbors a way to streamline their lives, reduce stress, and embrace a more intentional, organized lifestyle.
NM : What did you do before NEAT?
HB : In addition to bringing NEAT Method to Loudoun County, I own an Event Planning & Design company called Pembroke Lane, with a purpose of executing elegant events. Before joining the wedding industry, I had the privilege of working with Lizette Elizondo of NEAT Method San Antonio as her Project Manager for NEAT Method.
NM : What makes your city unique?
CN : Loudoun County, VA, is a great mix of historic charm, beautiful scenery, and modern living. Leesburg, where I reside, has a lively food scene, boutique shops, and plenty of outdoor activities, plus it’s close to Northern Virginia’s wineries (my personal favorite). The area also offers gorgeous real estate and welcoming neighborhoods, making it an ideal place to call home. With great schools, a tight-knit community, and easy access to D.C., Leesburg combines the best of both history and modern life.
NM : How long have you lived in your city?
HB : I’ve just moved here, but I’ve visited the area many times before making the move. While I’m new to the city, I’m fortunate to be connected with many people who were born and raised here, which has helped me get familiar with the area quickly. Through these connections, I’ve gained a deeper appreciation for the community, its history, and all the things that make this place so special. It’s been a smooth transition, and I’m excited to settle in and get even more involved!
NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
HB : I’m so excited to help my neighbors simplify their lives and bring some peace and clarity to their homes. With the vibrant community, rich history, and love for high-quality services around here, I know I’ll get to work with people who really appreciate good organization and design. Plus, with the beautiful setting of Loudoun County and such a supportive, tight-knit community, it’s the perfect place to grow a business and make a real impact.
NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
HB : Clients can expect a personalized, high-touch experience that's all about their unique needs and lifestyle. Every detail is carefully considered from the consultation to the last day of the job, while creating spaces that are both functional and beautiful. I will enter their home with a bright smile and a cheerful attitude, ready to tackle the project with poise.
NM : What is your favorite organizing product?
HB : I am obsessed with any type of basket or bin. Whether in a closet or a pantry, they are the easiest product to add to a space for a seamless structure and style!
NM : We completely agree! Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
HB : I’ve been an avid golfer since I was a little girl, thanks to my dad who was a teaching professional for years. I was also the fastest and most accurate typer in my keyboard class in middle school (my email response time is always complemented, LOL).
