New NEAT City | Tulsa

We want to welcome Tara Burdette of Tulsa, OK to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have her. Let’s find out more about what makes her so NEAT.

NM: Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?

TB: I love helping people transform spaces to their fullest potential!

NM: What did you do before NEAT?

TB: Residential interior design

NM :: What makes your city unique?

TB: Tulsa is such a neat and thriving city!  It’s a drastically different Tulsa than it was 20 years ago.  The Gathering Place, our $465 million public park, is just one of the many attractions that makes it unique.  Tulsa is a big city with a small feel.  It’s filled with great people, activities, and businesses!

NM: How long have you lived in your city?

TB: I was born and raised in Tulsa. After attending Baylor University in Texas and spending some time working in Dallas, I returned to Tulsa in 2014 and have been living here since.

NM: What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?

TB: Helping others make their space more functional and aesthetic!

NM: What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

TB: To problem solve and transform whatever space(s) are not working for you!

NM: Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?

TB: I’m afraid I’ve become an indoor plant lady.  Every room with a window has at least one plant.  I love it aesthetically and also for the air quality purposes. In order to keep them all alive I water every Monday like clockwork.

Congratulations on launching Tulsa! We’re so excited to have you join NEAT!

xx
