Jaleh Benner is the owner of NEAT Method Orlando and has a particular love for organizing kids' closets, thanks in part to her appreciation for children's clothing. Originally from the Midwest, she now calls Florida home and has fully embraced life in the Sunshine State. As a mom of two daughters, she understands how quickly family spaces can change and how helpful thoughtful organization can be in keeping everyday routines running smoothly. Outside of work, Jaleh enjoys hunting for vintage finds, reading—especially summer romance novels—and always having another trip on the calendar. She also loves setting a beautiful table, putting together a charcuterie board, and sharing a good bottle of wine, even if she is the first to admit that cooking a full meal is not her specialty. At home, she enjoys time with her family, including her beloved black, fluffy companion who is very much treated like one of the humans.

Fariba Raeisi is the owner of NEAT Method Orlando and a nurturer at heart who brings warmth, care, and thoughtful structure to the spaces she organizes. With a master’s degree in education and more than thirty years of teaching experience, she has spent much of her life helping others, a quality that now shapes her approach to creating calm, functional homes. The kitchen is Fariba’s favorite space to organize because she sees it as the heart of the home, where families gather, connect, and make memories. Her love of organization grew naturally from a desire to bring greater balance, beauty, and ease to everyday life. As a proud mother of three and grandmother of one, she understands the importance of creating spaces that support both routines and relationships. Outside of work, Fariba enjoys long walks by the beach, antiquing, reading, and spending time exploring with her family. Her approach to both life and organization reflects a simple belief: people feel their best when the spaces around them feel cared for, welcoming, and easy to live in.
