We want to welcome Lyndsey Morgan as the new owner of Dallas - Frisco, Texas to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have her. Let’s find out more about what makes her so NEAT.
NM :: Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
LM :: The DFW metroplex is an ever growing and changing place! With new homes and businesses being built every day, there are an endless amount of spaces and places that we can help become NEAT!
NM :: What did you do before NEAT?
LM :: Before Neat, I was the Director of Operations for a local home fragrance company. My previous positions have all included keeping things organized! Guess I ended up in the perfect place amiright?!
NM :: What makes your city unique?
LM :: Frisco offers everything one could want in a city! There is great shopping, fantastic food and beautiful outdoor spaces for the whole family. Plus, we are home to the Dallas Cowboys! Does it get any better than that?
NM :: How long have you lived in your city?
LM :: I was born and raised here in Dallas! I have been here my whole life with the exception of living in New Zealand for a time in my twenties.
NM :: What are your favorite places to shop in your city?
LM :: The shopping in Frisco is great! We have all the big brand stores as well as some fantastic antique shops. The Frisco Mercantile is a great place to shop for antiques and wares from local vendors.
NM :: What are your favorite places to eat in your city?
LM :: Uhh the food! Where do I start?! Legacy Food Hall is a good place to begin. They are a one stop shop filled with stalls of local food vendors. Once you grab your food, head outside to the biergarten and listen to the live band that plays every weekend!
NM :: Show us a picture of your most organized space and tell us what it is.
LM :: I recently gave my most unorganized space a makeover and it now holds the title of the MOST organized space in my home! Introducing my laundry/ utility room! As you can see in the before photo, there was absolutely NO storage space. Tragic. Never fear, this was nothing that metro shelving and some clean white bins couldn’t fix. This space is now so much more functional than it was before. It makes me smile every time I come in to do a load of laundry!
NM :: What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
LM :: I am excited to continue to grow my network and connect with my clientele and other small business owners in my city!
NM :: What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
LM :: I am definitely a meticulous person (sometimes to my detriment) and a type A planner to the core. When I come to organize your space, you can expect a solid game plan and a well thought out process. The goal is to always make my clients feel like the space was customized specifically for them and their needs.
