NEW Seattle Owner

Friday, December 20, 2024

We want to welcome new Seattle, Washington owner, Raychel Klein to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have her. Let’s find out more about what makes her so NEAT.

NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?

RK :  Firstly, I’m aligned with NEAT values and its aim to help people create spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. By owning a NEAT Method franchise, I get to scale and grow from what I already know about running a home organizing business. With NEAT’s reputation and expertise, I can offer an elevated experience and continually be challenged.

NM : What did you do before NEAT?

RK : I owned my own home organization business, but prior to that I was in tech for 7 years and corporate retail for 10 years.

NM : What makes your city unique?

RK : The combination of natural beauty, technological innovation, and a distinct cultural identity makes Seattle a truly unique and dynamic city. Seattle is surrounded by water, while also serving as a tech hub, attracting diverse individuals.

NM : How long have you lived in your city?

RK : 20+ years. I came for college and never left (yes I’m that old).

NM : You don't look a day over 20! Tell us, what are your favorite places to eat in your city?

RK : I’m pretty spoiled because my husband is actually a great cook and whips up amazing meals regularly, from Korean BBQ, tuna tartare to French Onion soup and even homemade Falafels. So my favorite place is home. Also, with 2 young kids I don’t get out much these days, but on the rare occasion I do, I love dumpling houses and Italian restaurants.

NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?

RK : I’m going to enjoy the variety of projects. I love being challenged and working to find creative solutions. I’m sure NEAT attracts clients with unique circumstances and spaces, and being able to implement these transformations will be very rewarding to me.

NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?

RK : Clients can expect a high touch experience that is tailored to their needs and lifestyle (and always judgment free). Executed with a high attention to detail, resulting in spaces that are functional and beautiful.

NM : What is your favorite organizing product?

RK : I love turntables (aka Lazy Susans). They are so versatile, easy to manage, and really optimize functionality in any space.

NM : We completely agree. Definitely a go-to product. Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?

RK : I’m really good at parallel parking.

That is a true talent. You might have to give us some pointers. Congratulations on taking ownership of the Seattle market. We’re so excited to have you join NEAT!

xx
