We want to welcome Jaleh Benner & Fariba Raeisi of Orlando, Florida to the NEAT team. We are thrilled to have them. Let’s find out more about what makes them so NEAT.
NM : Why do you want to run NEAT in your city?
JB : I love owning local businesses, and helping connect the local community. Orlando is such a transient city, and NEAT has so much to offer our community.
FR : I have a passion for cleaning and organizing.
NM : What did you do before NEAT?
JB : I own The Scout Guide Orlando. Prior to my entrepreneurial adventures, I worked a decade in corporate retail in Columbus Ohio working with brands in marketing and product management, print production and photoshoot production.
FR : Prior to starting NEAT Orlando, I was an elementary school teacher and have a masters in education. I have also taken years to raise my children, and most recently my grandchild.
NM : What makes your city unique?
JB : Orlando has several great pockets, where each community is like their own. Combining that, with its central Florida location, where you can get many places easily makes it so unique. We have people from all over the country who have migrated to the location, making it a great place with lots of diversity.
FR : Orlando is the theme park capital of america! We have awesome theme parks and entertainment for all. Our nature is fantastic as well and we’re an hour away from the beach.
NM : How long have you lived in your city?
JB : Four years. My husband’s job brought us south.
FR : Also four years. We followed Jaleh’s family to Orlando.
NM : What do you think is going to be your favorite part of running NEAT in your city?
JB : Bringing order to what can cause a lot of chaos in people homes and mental space.
FR : I get to meet new people and work with my fantastic team.
NM : What can people expect when they hire you to organize their home?
JB : Communication, professionalism, a mind for problem solving, and a beautiful end result.
FR : Attention to detail and efficiency. I can walk into a space and see that changes need to happen in the space to make it more effective.
NM : What is your favorite organizing product?
JB : I love the Acacia Multi Purpose Drawer Inserts. So versatile, and can be used in the kitchen, office, so many places!
FR : My favorite is our Grid Basket, so versatile and can always be updated based on needs.
NM : Do you have any hidden talents that we should know about?
JB : Many people do not know that I speak Farsi!
FR : I have an excellent memory. I can visualize where things exactly are even if i see them once.
